European airlines will offer 3G and 4G?

Yesterday during the day it was said that European regulators will allow the use of different mobile devices during take-off and landing of aircraft on flights in Europe, and it is believed that this step is followed by a recent decision taken by the FAA in the U.S..
Now, the European Commission has approved the use of internet on mobile networks, 3G and 4G LTE him during the flight, but it will not be available during landing and the aircraft, but only when the plane is over 3000 meters.

Of course it depends on the individual airlines, namely by airlines that decide to allow or not the use of 3G and 4G in their flights.

According to TechCrunch said that airlines are considering the possibility of offering internet services in their flights to Europe at a price not so cheap for their travelers
