Google .announced Wednesday that it has reached agreement with Chinese manufacturer , Lenovo , the company selling the Motorola Mobility for 2.91 billion dollars , a price which includes Motorola 's trademark , as well as its current cell . The deal is awaiting approval from regulatory authorities in both countries , the U.S. and China

Finally, the executive director of Lenovo , Yang Yuanqing said his company has big ambitions in terms of buying new , and its plan is to tekalojë its main rivals Apple and Samsung companies . In an interview with CNN Money , he gave more details regarding the acquisition of Motorola 's .

" We are complementary to each other . Together we will win in the smartphone industry phones . Lenovo has Chinese market and other emerging markets while Motorola has the U.S., Latin America and parts of Europe . Therefore , this combination is perfect , "said Yang .

Yang described the agreement with Motorola as "an interesting love story " , and said that intreresimi to buy U.S. company is longstanding . Lenovo is not yet clear what they will do with Motorola in , because their factories are in the U.S.
