Smart phones dominate simple mobiles

According to research firm Gartner said that in 2013 , for the first time , sales of smartphones exceeded those of simple phones .
Smart phones have taken 53.6 % of sales in 2013 , while in the fourth quarter of the year , this percentage reached 57.6 % and learned that these numbers are growing .

Samsung remains the largest producer of smartphones in the world , which during the past year has increased its participation in the market even more , although in the last quarter of the year this share has declined slightly .

However , in addition to Samsung , the market share of Apple has fallen slightly in the last quarter of the year , although in the end , Apple had signed major contracts with Asian operators , NTT DoCoMo respectively in Japan , and China Mobile in China .

Huawei has maintained third place , but is facing increasing competition from its successor , another Chinese manufacturer , Lenovo , which has just bought Motorola company from Google .

Lenovo mobile sales for 2013 were doubled and Motorola will help the Chinese company expand its presence overseas and enter the U.S. market .

On the other hand , if you look at the division of operating systems shows that Android is continuing to grow , while Windows Phone is doubled , although its share remains very small , while BlackBerry has continued to decline , and now has become almost irrelevant mobile platform .
